I've not lived at Arbor Lakes long, but I think it is very nice complex. They ARE going condo, however, and I'm sure that has made a difference recently. Well landscaped, maintenance done quickly, office staff very helpful. I noted some of the other reviews that said parking was awful. It is true that you often cannot park immediately outside your apartment, but I've always found parking within 30 yards of my front door, even when I've come in late. The fitness center is nice, the apartments have security alarms, full kitchen and laundry appliances. Overall I am very satisfied.
