Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2005
 
We have been very happy here for 3 years. The staff & management were very nice to us.
Only a rookie to Florida will be mesmerized enough to pay an outrageous amount of money for an apartment that is not worth more than
ten thousand dollars. They are asking for $175-$250,000 thousand dollars with cheap appliances. You can buy a real house with all good appliances & garage for alot less money than what they are asking for.
