We moved into Arbor Lakes b/c we were desperate for amanaged apartment on short notice. They were the only decent place that had no wait list. Crummy apartment w/ crummy A/C (always was broken...staff would come check it, and say was ok...why is it 90 degrees if A/C works'''''). Anyway, noisy, overpriced, cheap carpet...we had a garage so parking not an issue. One night there was a huge commotion in front of our unit...next day there was trash strewn every where. It took over 2 weeks before management cleaned it up. People would chat outside our 2nd story window all night and keep us awake. When our apt was sold as a condo, it made things very difficult. If we wanted to deal with that we would not have rented from apt complex in the first place. When they were trying to sell it, they came into our unit several times a month. We had to arrange a place for our dog every time. We both work, so it was a total nightmare. Watch out for your water bill. Had to have it adjusted a couple of times. Anyway, it's mediocre and I feel very sorry for the people who purchaed the units. We are from out of state (in reference to the other review) and were not about to buy an APARTMENT (it's not a condo) for $250k. 6TrHFn6pn7poyqNlKEgn
