Arbor Lakes has unsuccessfully tried to sell these apartments as condominums for the past 2 years, but the problem is the management team. They are not very knowledgeable, their professionalism is horrible and they have no regard for simple human consideration.

Their biggest problem is lack of professionalism with the staff at Arbor Lakes, many residents have moved due to the staff. They are rude and inconsiderate of the residents. Although, there is an option to buy these apartments as home/condo conversions. It is my sincere belief that the residents would not truly feel at home, due to the treatment by the staff members at Arbor Lakes.

Additionally, when the apartment is fully occupied it is a nightmare trying to park! People park in handicap areas, along the sidewalks, along turning circles. All because of the inadequate parking. Therefore, if someone were going to consider buying a property that is another STRONG factor to consider. Which wouldn't be such a problem, if it wasn't such a transient apartment complex, which it has become since this new ownership and their staff.
