Don't judge a book by its cover. It looks nice from the outside, but you'll change your mind once you sign the lease and spend a few nights here.

As others have said, parking is fairly difficult. The later you come home, the worse it is. By all means, DON'T rent or buy a 1st floor unit. You will awake on the schedule of your upstairs neighbors. It's like living in an echo chamber. Very poor construction. The "gated" community attribute is a joke -- 90% of the time the EXIT gate is open ALL NIGHT. Anyone can drive in and out. The hot tub is the temperature of the pool. Probably by August it will really be hot. Almost no one picks up after their dog. You take your trash to a trash compactor. Typically dirty and disorganized. I pity the people who live nearby. The front windows in the clubhouse where the basketball court is look like they haven't been cleaned in 10 years. The maintenance people seem to spend all their time riding around in their golf carts. I've been looking at the same leaves in my flower bed for 8 weeks.
