disgusting apartment homes

Takes maintenance for ever to fix broken items in the apartment. Sometimes the work order is never put in and the process takes even longer. The apartments a filled with roaches, sometimes I feel like I'm living in Joe's apartment (movie where a man lived w/ many roaches and they talked to him). Many people that live there have many other complaints such as rats in the apartment or dead rats found outside there door. once again nothing is done to take care of the problem.
