DO NOT MOVE HERE IF YOU HAVE ANY OTHER PLACE TO GO!!! These apartments are horribly built. If you live in a downstairs unit be prepared to buy a set of earplugs. The floors are so thin the blinds shake and the ceiling creaks, pops, and cracks constantly with every single footstep. We could even hear the neighbors upstairs taking a piss in the early hours of the morning. Roaches, rats, geckos, and spiders will be the new members of your family. Also be prepared to stock up on the Raid. Maintenance is slow to respond. There are fights out here almost daily. There's gangs of thugs that hang out around here all hours of the day and night. The police are here so often they might as well rent out an apartment themselves. I will not let me daughter out to play at all. People drive through here all the time with their music so loud it rattles these already shabby buildings. I am moving as soon as my lease is up in a couple of months. If you like violence, drugs, thugs, gangs, loud music, ghettos and poorly made roach and rat infested apartments, this is the place for you! If not, run as fast as you can out of here!

I have lived here for a few years and yes the property use to have problems but the staff is great now and they have a new partol service that does a great job. the summer just started and they sent out letters asking resident to respect the property and they are trying there best to turn the property around and honestly I think they have. I would tell anyone to move in here even my little old grandmother. This is really a nice to live now.
