Ive been here for a few months now...nothign but problems. It is a very nice looking apartment, yes. But this thing must have been built by a 5 year old. My door never locks correctly..my pantry door fell off...I have chipped cheaply put together cabinets...and last but NOT LEAST buy roof is leaking(and remind you this is FL the hurricane state) I advised staff of this problem yet they neglect to fix it! VERY POORLY MADE!!! You pay 800 for a 1 BDRM with a SMALL besdroom closet and NO CLOSET in your living room or bathroom. Dont waste your money....
