The worse thing I could have done is move into this apartment complex. I have had nothing but issues from the day I picked my key up. I moved in on 6/30/05 to find I had no air, yes these apartments are brand new! I put in a request to maintenance but that doesn't matter because it did not get fixed until 7/6/05. Yes, that is 6 days withou air in a brand new unit. I also had to live with ants for 10 days because my maintenance call mysteriously did not make it to the log of pest control requests. Here I am again on 09/19/05 without air and it was just fixed on 9/23/05 "temporarily"! Why is it that a brand new apartment complex and a company as HUGE as Colonial Properties and Trust cannot find competent and professional people to manage their properties. Forget trying to speak with the property manager, I have been waiting on a return phone call from her for 2 days now. DO NOT MOVE HERE...YOU WILL BE STUCK LIKE THE REST OF US. I FEEL LIKE A PRISONER IN MY OWN HOME!
