For luxury apartments, they sure have the low end appliances. The dishwasher is not very good. The AC units can not cool the bedrooms due to the AC units being too small for the size of the apartments. The buildings were built quick and cheap. The walls are very thin and you can hear your neighbors. No that is the bad things.
The good: The staff is very friendly, but over worked. The property is well lit at night. I feel very safe here. Lots of parking spaces and no speed bumps.
Personally, for the price of the apartments, your better off moving to a real luxury apartment. This is just an average apartment complex that uses the word luxury in it.
