Not sure where to begin. The street lights at the enterance on the property and the ground lights around the leasing office are never lit during nighttime hours (makes you wonder if they are trying to save money on the electricity bill). Cheap lighting fixtures in the hall ways are broken and the maintenance team doesnt seem to care. The garbage bin is alway overflowing with trash and I often find people dumping trash in the parking spaces. The apts are very noisy, you can hear your neighbors open and close their doors along with their music penitrating the walls. The apts are built very cheap to conserve on building costs. The leasing office always seems to lose your maintenance requests so dont expect them to fix anything quick. The people that work in the leasing office are clowns and never seem to know what they are talking about. beware that they offer section eight housing so you wont get the classiest of people in the community. Couldn't agree more. I have heard more complaints from residents then compliments about this community. Several noisy residents ruin the living experience for those of us who would like a little peace and quiet once in a while. The noise is beyond "normal" apartment living. Larger families should consider single family homes before stuffing themselves in an apartment. Also dogs over 30 lbs. should not be allowed to be housed anywhere but the 1st floor.
