I wrote the review on 9/25 about all of my AC trauma. Well, it did not get any better. I tried to use my AC a week ago when it was 85 degrees outside and guess what'!' The stupid thing would not cool. I was over it and of course the property manager would not speak with me. I ended up writing to the corporate office and at my request, they let me out my lease with no fees (no questions asked
). They didn't even try to fight it. Either they were tired of hearing me complain or they are having that many issues with people that they are just letting us go. If you are looking to move here, please think again. You will deal with incompetent people, bugs, a dishwasher that sounds like it is about to come out of the wall and noisy neighbors because you can hear everything. Also, when the AC does decide to work, it will not cool your bedroom but you will definitely freeze in the living room. Best wishes to anyone who is brave enough to give this place a try. I only lasted 6 months.
