The price is fair for upgrades. Clean environment. Stay on top of residents who break rules. Pets welcomed, they even give pets treats in office. Always parking spots available. Staff always remembers who I am and are friendly. So many section 8's around...this ISN'T ONE. Neighbors are all professionals. Very informative on all aspects. Received discounts at alot of places just for living there. Moving to another Colonial in another state. AD2Hw9Wn8Umb3NN1w1jt
