If you like hearing the people above you having you know what, this is the place for you. The walls are paper thin! I can literally hear my neighbors having a conversation above me. Freaky. I finally had to buy a very loud fan that runs every night just so I can sleep. Awesome. Not to mention worms. Ya, there are these black furry things that no matter how many times they've sprayed, they keep getting in! I've read other reviews about the trash overflowing and the doors slamming. This is definitely ongoing. However, I have had nothing but a pleasant experience with the staff. They are super nice and respond to maintenance requests quickly. It's not their fault the complex was built with matchstix.
