Overall the place is pretty nice. The management is really cool and they are very helpful, I have nothing bad to say about the management at all, they are really good people along with the maintenance staff. As for the actually unit, it is nice, looks good and so on, newer appliances, and I havent had a problem with any of my neighbors or noise at all, they all seem pretty cool. I really dont hear much, but i think thats just because i got lucky in a good building with good people,,,,,
But dont let that fool you driving through the complex to get to my building, I do see some ghetto trash hangin out sometimes, you know the kind that have those little saturns and put rims on them making them look even dumber than they already are, with the new york yankees front license plate, where they know nothing about baseball or new york, but they think thats cool,,,real losers, im from up north, and i just think its something you have to deal with in florida these days, I guess its cool to act like that, and sit on your car with bass pounding,,,It makes me wunder what some of these people do for a living and how the afford these units, but i think its because 10 of them may bunk up in one apt, haha If it wasnt for that i would probably stay here a long time because everything else is good, Im a professional person and like to be around professional people.

Another good thing i noticed is there is a couple cops that live in the complex and park thier cop cars in here, which gives you a safe feeling, I would love to see more in here.
