I WOULDN'T MOVE HERE

WELL I CAN'T WAIT FOR MY LEASE IS UP. I GOT 6 MONTHS TO GO AND COUNTING THE DAYS. THE PLACE IS DIRTY, THEY NEED TO WASH THE BUILDINGS DOWN AND THE WALKWAYS.THE BUGS ARE ALSO A ISSURE. THE TENANTS LEAVE THEIR TRASH OUT IN FRONT OF THEIR DOORS. THE MANAGER DID SAY SOMETHING ABOUT IT BUT DID NOT FOLLOW THROUGH. THEY DO NEED TO PUT A GATE AROUND THE PLACE JUST LIKE THE OTHER COLONIAL GRANDS. THATS GOING TO BE A BIG PROBLEM WHEN THEY OPEN THE KOHLS ACROSS THE STREET.
THE PLACE IS WHAT, 3 OR 4 YEARS OLD AND IT'S GOING DOWN HILL.
COLONIAL, YOU BETTER DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS CAUSE I HEARD ALOT OF TENANTS ARE JUST ABOUT HAD IT. SO RIGHT NOW I WOULDN'T MOVE HERE IF THEY LOWER THE RENT 1/2 OFF
GOOD LUCK COLONIAL YOU NEED IT
