Decent

I must say... this place was a nice, but sometimes strange place. I'm not going to lie, but some of the residents were just weird, while others were very nice. I lived here for nine months and then relocated to St. Petersburg. I liked how there was a full W/D in the apartment, but I did notice that you could hear them running in the apartment above you, and sometimes heard people walking around above you.
Management was decent. We had a few problems with the resident's teenage kids skateboarding in the apartment above us, and they took care of it after we had reported it a couple of times.
Rent was decent... $900 for a 3/2... it was the special at the time. I don't think it's being done anymore and I did notice one day while picking up a package in the office that a leasing agent was changing prices day by day, but I've even noticed that out here in St. Pete now.
The apartments are modern and pretty nice. Maintenance is ok... depends on which guy you get, but the clueless ones usually will get one of the other guys to help him if he's clueless and I think almost every call took more than one trip to get fixed, but hey, it got fixed quickly after the 2nd call.
The mow the lawn... a lot... like once a week and it takes two days to do. If you don't work an 8-5 job, be prepared to be woken up by like 9 or 10am on the mowing days.
In other posts, I know there was talk about fleas... it is true. The grounds have a flea problem and the fleas get on your clothing and end up in the apartment on my roommate's cats. It was not fun, but then again, neither was the roommate's cats in the first place.
All in all, if I moved back... I'd rent from there again if I could get the price I was paying, because seriously, for the price, the place was amazing.
