We have lived here for about 8 months now. The only reason we probably won't be moving when our lease expires is simply because we HATE moving! It's a pretty nice neighborhood. People NEVER pick up after their dogs though! So, if you have kids, check the bottom of their shoes before they come in from playing outside! There is even this one guy with a boxer that looks around him, when his dog is going to the bathroom, to make sure no one is looking so he can avoid picking it up! If you complain about noisy neighbors, don't expect the management to do anything. We complained about the guy upstairs blasting his stereo until 3am, and they told us we had to call the office manager in the middle of the night so they could come out and hear the noise for themselves. We constantly have roaches! I clean the apartment EVERYDAY and they still come. The bug guy has come out every 2 weeks, and the spray seems to work for only a few days and then the bugs are back.
The pool area is nice...always packed with people, but hey, we live in Florida; who doesn't want to be at the pool'!
I may rethink the moving process when my lease expires. Taking time to move again might be worth it!
