I just stumbled across this site by accident and I must say that I am surprised to see this many negative posts. I moved here some 3 1/2 years ago and I just renewed my lease for another year. People who complain about their place is too small ... You knew what you got yourself into BEFORE you moved in. People who complained about bugs ... This is Florida and the construction of the building is mostly made of wood. Bugs find their way in unless you seal the whole place off. Why don't you make use of the free Pest Control if you can't control it yourself. People who complain about this place being dirty ... It is the PEOPLE (whom the shoe fits!) who make this place dirty and of course Mother Nature. I have seen how someone pushed his motorcycle into his apartment. I guess he didn't want it to get dirty outside ... '' I enjoy living here. I enjoy my view and I tolerate the occasional slamming of the apartment door. The staff is friendly and accommodating for the most part. Some are not and seem to be rather grouchy. It is what it is! Some people are just not made for living in an apartment complex. I don't plan on living here for the rest of my days but for now this works out just fine and I would recommend this place.
