This apartment complex I don t recommend anyone to move here. I moved here when they first opened and loved it and thought I give it another shot. Boy was I wrong. First off, the apartment that they gave us was not inspected. The carpet was not properly cleaned. It was old and matted. The ceiling fan was out of place. The patio screen was broken. There is a crack in the second bathroom floor that runs the length of the bathroom. The paint was crack and chipping. The microwave did not have any light bulbs. The closet doors were out of place and not painted. The blinds were broken and filthy with water stains. Holes left behind in the walls. The bathroom sink faucet would leak water. They left the apartment a mess from the previous renters. There was a child light fixture made of the sun left behind and they asked jokingly if we wanted to keep it!! Now with all the rain, there are water spots everywhere. BUGS have been a major issue since day one. Palmetto, roaches, silverfish, and others have been in the apt. Another thing is the neighbor upstairs walks so hard you can hear every step they take and you hear their conversation. They have sprayed every Wednesday and the problem persists. Not a good choice for an apartment. Not to mention that I have a pregnant girlfriend in the apt and the mold and mildew and bugs are causing a health issue for us.

I disagree with this post. I was a previous resident who ALSO came back to live here. I rented back 2006-2007, had to move due to job transfer. Fortunately, my job brought me back to Florida and I moved back here in January 2009. The staff there is just as great as the first experience. I understand that living in Florida there are going to be bugs and the office always has pest control scheduled whe I call. This site is proves the problem with society these days. Nobody ever has anything nice to say about a good experience, they only know how to complain about it. You never see anyone offer a letter of gratitude or go into goofy sites like this one and compliment an overall good customer service experience (with their apartment, resturant/shopping experience). I am also in customer service, and all I hear all day is complaining. Do yourself a favor, offer a compliment, maybe someone out there will Pay it Forward!!!

Yeah, you probably were paid or are an employee of Colonial Properties. That is who usually posts "good experiences". Crock of ----. The place is labeled "Luxury Apartment Homes". Far from it buddy! Way, far from it. Everything in this place is as cheap as you can buy at Lowe's. And the rent is very expensive for what you get. The office staff is wonderful though a bit aloof sometimes. Maintenance is great and always there promptly and have good advice on how to cope with the cheap hardware in the apartment. The quality of the apartments is definitely pure ----! Come see it. They are tearing it up all outside since they built it so cheaply in the first place.
