We lived here for two years because the price was well right. Boy was that a mistake. The people that lived around us were trash as well as they left trash out in front of there doors. The cops were always being called due to drugs and violence. there is no gate so people that dont live in the community come in and use the pool. managment are the biggest group of a holes i have ever met in my life. they are not out to help but to make your stay just miserable. The maintance people dont do what there told when there asked. we didnt have air conditioning for two weeks in augest and they said theyll fix it when they have time. BUGS! BUGS BUGS! SILVER FISH! HUGE ROACHES!!! the walls are PAPER thin. The carpet in our apartment smelled like cat pee and was old and worn out. They would not replace it upon request. The dishwasher was HORRIBLE and didnt clean dishes. The trash compactor out near the mail place was always broken at one point it was broken for one week and trash PILED up and it SMELLED HORRIBLE! The alarms are always going off because there always breaking. Parking is a nightmare. The grass died and wasnt replaced so it looked trashy....wait because it is trashy. I would never tell anyone to live at this place. Believe me im not saying this out of spite for a bad experience. My two years living here was just terrible. stear clear of here!!!
