Maintenance for A/C SUCKS !

A/C was broken when we woke up. The heat outside was 90 degrees F and we could hardly breathe inside the unit. We kept calling for their emergency number for anyone to fix it. They kept saying they will attend to our problem. 6 hours later and still no A/C. I called the number and talked to the emergency guy receptionist and he told me it is dark and he cannot page them after dark. -------- ! We have no air !!! I asked him if he would at least leave a message so they can prioritize our problem tomorrow. He said no, we have to call them again first thing tomorrow morning. So what the hell is the emergency number for ' He said for A/C, for water heater, for heater during winter, etc. EXACTLY !!! No A/C, broken A/C is an EMERGENCY ! Dumb idiot !!!!
This is the worst apartment maintenance experience ever for me !!!
