Not worth the money.

Stuck living in a crappy apartment.

Rent was just raised! FPL bill is high and was told it was because the a/c units on the outside had sand and junk in it.

To me, it doesn't even feel like A/C is on in my apartment.

I have to have fans running to cool me off! I CAN'T WAIT TILL MY LEASE IS UP TO GET OUT OF HERE! The only good thing about these apartments is that I have not seen roaches or spiders.

Ant problem though, wouldn't suggest leaving alot if any food out in the open.

They just got new management and thought things would change, but they haven't! They give annual inspections which is cool BUT your apartment better be extremely clean otherwise they have a fit.

They have a pool and tennis court, but nothing else so there is really nothing to do.

You have to have permission to use the Tennis Court.

When they water the grass, there is no where for the water to go so it goes across onto the sidewalk and I always end up getting my shoes and/or my pants went.

My burners on my stove don't all fit in - told them this and they haven't done anything.

Can't use the tub; only shower because I was told they were getting new tub stopper things to go in the apartments and well, never got them.

ETC ETC! JUST SO MANY PROBLEMS AND NOT WORTH IT!
