When something's not broke, don't fix it. In the past year they have gotten rid of all but one of their maintenance staff replacing them with rude people. They ride around on their stupid little carts all day and forget about common courtesy...I've been backing out more than once and had them zoom right in back of me forcing me to slam on the brakes. They also had a polite office staff. Now if you don't speak to Elizabeth, expect the others to make you feel like they're doing you a favor just talking to you. In the past year the community has seen people constantly moving in/out and has gone from a quiet place to live to a ghetto in forming. Due to old appliances and poor insulation expect high electricity bills as well.
