Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
Apparently staffing an office, doing move-ins, and caring about tenants are all too hard for this place. Their office hours are 9-6 but then there's the two hour lunches, staff coming in 45 minutes late, and staff leaving 20 minutes early. They are still trying to find their 4th manager in the last 14 months. The one good staff member, Elizabeth is MIA. However, they have a new staff member, Vanessa, who is completely useless. Also, they only can be bothered by move-ins on Friday so if you plan to move-in on the weekend or any other day of the week, they get quite rude. We are counting the days until we can get out of this hellhole.
