we are so glad that we are moving. the apartment sucks. the office staff is very rude. we thougt we were locked down in prison. the staff is very rude to your guess. the soda machine steals your money, the bathroom is nasty and the pool is nasty. they blame everybody for problems that they should fix. the maintenance men are lazy and ride around on golf carts all day. the staff is very sneaky and laugh in your face and talk about your business to other people. the outside smell like urine. i would compare this complex with the local projects. the lawn maintenance crew blow trash in front of the doors and do not blow. they do not have anything for kids to do because they do not really want kids on the property. i hate this place and i am so glad to get the hell hell hell out of here.

I certainly agree with you about the maintenance people being on carts. They must love the hell outta those. There is one in particular, he is an older guy, that is just as rude as can be, and really doesn't have a clue on how to fix things. Overall, I guess this place is not that bad, well at least compared to some of the other reviews I read about the some other places. I am just tired of the thugs from the other complex jumping over the wall.

this complex is nowhere near what anyone has said on these reviews. i have been here 4 months and it is great. clean yards,pool sparkles, tenants nice, management extremely nice. if you have something wrong in your apt they are prompt at fixing it.
