I lived there for a year, just moved out for personal reasons. Friendly helpful office and staff. No complaints, yes management has changed a few times, but that has never caused any problems. If there were any changes or updates that were happening in the complex we were notified in detail, and well in advance. I loved staying here and have recommended it to many friends.

Just moved in and is very nice! Everyone keeps to their self's and parking is great. They have a new maintenance staff and everything works great! The people that jump over the so called "wall" will now get trespassed. The grounds are clean and grass is starting to look nice. My apartment is in good shape. The size and carpets are nice when new, but bathrooms could be updated. The most best thing is that you dont have to pay Progress Energy your money! lol I would tell anyone to move in and take advantage of the rent cost. Its cheep compared to my other apartment which was Timberlake for $1,098 to now for in the 7's. Jelly
