Dalton Place

 

I am a current resident and I must say when I first moved in, I loved the place.

Aside from people stealing my parking spot, I thought it was well worth the money.

I have lived here for 4 months and ever since the second month, I have been getting this strange mold/mildew odor coming from the master bathroom.

I have REPEATEDLY been to the office and discussed about this matter.

Nothing is getting done.

I also have a bubble on the ceiling of my dining room which is getting larger and cracking.

There is also a yellow ring around it which to me says that there is some moisture retention.

I was told they were going to "Shave it off and repaint it."

....that to me is just ridiculous.

Adjusting the cosmetics doesn't fix the problem.

Oh, they haven't even been in to fix that! This has been going on for over a month and NOTHING has been done.

I am now forced to send a certified letter due to this after REPEATED visits to the office being told time and time again that it would be taken care of.

The management has good manners to an extent.

Don't tell someone who is PAYING their rent EARLY every month that you'll do something and NOT do it.

I'm not a happy camper.

If it was revamped with better maintenance and non-slackers, this place would be wonderful.
