I may not be well versed in the ways of the laws, and what have you, but its to my understanding that when you sign up to an apartment contract/ lease of any kind, are we not entitled to the repairs that need to be made in order to benefit from the amount of money that we break our backs every month to pay'' I may not pay as much as most in the apartments, but i work just as hard at my dead end job where i get no hours and dont get paid enough for the crap that i put up with, just to come home where it still looks like crap. The benefits of labor these days are amazing dont you think'' I still have Ghost ants (if that is indeed what they are called, if they even know what they are talking about) and was told that the previous tenants have the same problem, why are they still there' I am about to give them my receipts for the 20 cans of raid i have used and they can knock it off my rent, there is still a water stain on the ceiling of one of my bedrooms, one tub leaks, my air conditioner doesnt work in my other one and when i complained about it, they told me that it was old insulation and they cant do anything about it. Bull. That is a fire hazard. If i am paying close to 140 dollars a month for electricity and for old insulation, how does that even work'' On top of that, i was told that if i made a complaint about my noisy neighbor, they would something about it.... yea umm..... nope they are still banging around at 3 in the morning. So please, someone, anyone really, please tell me where it is that i am benefiting from paying rent.(And actually make a valid point)
