I lived there about a year ago, and stayed for a year and a half. When I moved in it was pretty decent for the price. There were a few problems (screen missing) that never got fixed; but mostly they were decent. It was right after i signed my second lease that things got bad. They changed management and raised the rent by nearly $70. The parking was almost always a problem; they tried to solve it with assigned spaces, but there are just too many cars. My stove broke, and they replaced it with an even older one from another unit; didn't even clean it before installing it. Water heater broke and flooded the apartment. They replaced the heater, but didn't replace the rotten wood, so I had roaches after that.
When I drive by these days the place looks like crap compared to what it was when I moved in. I'm so sad the new management has let the place go to the birds, cause it used to be a nice place to live.
