WE BEEN HERE FOR 7YRS WHEN WE FIRST MOVED HERE IT WAS GREAT, BUT WE HAVE SEEM PEOPLE MOVE IN AND OUT AND MANGEMENT CHANGE HANDS AND THE UP KEEP WENT DOWN WAY DOWN. THEY R LETTING ALL KINDS OF PEOPLE IN ALSO NOTHING IS BEING DONE FOR OUR APARTMENT, ALL THEY WANT IS MONEY, IF THEY WOULD DO WHAT THEY SAY THEY WOULD, MAYBE THEY COULD KEEP THE PEOPLE FROM LEAVING, EVERY WEEKEND THEIR IS ABOUT 3-4 TRUCKS MOVING OUT. U SHOULD BE AWEAR OF WHY THEY ARE LEAVING I HEARD OF A 12 MONTH LEASE BUT NOT A 13 MONTH LEASE. U WOULD THINK THAT THEY WOULD TRY TO KEEP PEOPLE HAPPY WHO BEEN HERE 4 ALONG TIME BUT THEY SAY ONE THING AND THEN SAY SOMETHING ELSE, ALL THEY WANT IS MONEY, WE FOUND A NICE APARTMENT FOR LESS MONEY, BECOUSE THERE IS ALOT OF PLACES NOW WILLING TO PLEASE U AND WANT THE BUSINESS. SO I DONT HAVE TO BE TREATED LIKE DIRT, ITS ALL ABOUT MONEY, WE HAVE PEELING CEILINGS A HALLWAY THAT GETS WET U WOULD THINK U IN A POOL NO TELLING WHAT WE ARE BREATHING IN HERE, EVERYTIME WE SIGNED THE LEASE WE WAS TOLD WE WOULD BE GETTING CARPET CLEANING OR NEW CARPET AND PAINT WELL ITS BEEN 7 YRS AND NOTHING DONE, ALSO THE BATHROOM IN THE BEDROOM LEEKED UNDER THE CARPET, SO WE DONT KNOW WHATS UNDER THAT. I HOPE SOMEBODY TAKE NOTICE OF THE PROBLEM BEFORE MORE GOOD RESIDENTS LEAVE. NOW THE LET PEOPLE IN WITH PITBULLS.

I have lived here for about 2 years and have never had a problem and love the people in the office. Every time I have ever called for assistance or maintenance, they have completed the job expeditiously. I have no problem communicating with the office and they have been very courteous. I am not sure what the situation is regarding this comment, but I have never seen any of this. As far as pit bulls go, I have never seen pit bulls and I walk my dog all the time. I have seen a wide variety of dogs and the ones I have seen without leashes were little dogs that run over barking and nipping. Seems like people would be concerned about their dogs being off leashes since they could be hit or run over and be bit by another dog, but people don't think. All other dogs are very sweet. I completely recommend Dalton place and love Jessica, the manager. She is a very sweet person and she does genuinely care about people. This comment is just not fair at all to her. The only complaint I have is one parking space per household, but I do not see where that can be changed and the electric seems to run high during the summer. Other than that...love it! It is quiet here and I feel very safe here. There is a whole lot to be said about that. I have lived in other apartments where murders, drug deals gone bad and everything else was going on. Regatta Shores was far worse with break ins, damaging office gossip telling any and all true or untrue tales resident to resident (it was horrible and should never have been permitted by management), theft by maintenance/cleaning people and drug dealing. Drug dealers pelted my children with coins when they were trying to walk to their park in where outsider drug deals were taking place in the middle of the day. I lit into the drug dealers over my children and they shot my cat with a 22 which cost me $600 to have the bullet removed. The same neighbor that was dealing with the drug dealers had his front door kicked in and busted off the hinges after the drug dealers busted in his next door neighbor's door thinking it was him that lived there. Let alone a crack head who gassed my little parakeet because he didn't want anyone living above him and was trying to make us move and admitted it when he up and left in the middle of his lease. So, Jessica runs it right and so did Jubetsy when she was here. Trust me, you could have it much, much worse and be paying more for a smaller apartment at the same time.
