I have been a resident of Hatterasound, since it opened, and I have seen a lot of managers come, and some go, but I believe that now we have an exceptionally great management staff, and don't forget our maintenance staff. I have enjoyed raising my children in such a peaceful, quiet,and secure community. The changes that I have seen over the years have been for the best, and I would recommend this community to anyone looking for a new home. the management staff here looks out for the residents, and we are always doing fun things, for example, we have movies by the pool, we have health fairs for blood pressure checks, and information sessions on how to someday purchase our own homes. During flu season, we have flu vouchers offered to the residents, who wish to get a flu shot. In the years that I have lived here, I haven't seen a lot of police activity in our community, like there are in some communities. My son's are now 15 years old, and they enjoy living here, because it's like we all are one big family, and we all look out for each other.I feel that the management /maintenance keeps our community looking nice, and it makes you want to call it home, and be apart of this community. Last but not least, is our monster club, and they are always doing things for the children.I am one satisfied resident. In these days and times with violence on the rampage, it's not easy to find a place to call home, and be able to leave the violence on the outside. My hats go off to the entire staff at Hatterasound Apartments, and I'm glad I chose this community to be my temporary home. When you can go inside your home, and feel safe after looking at everything going on television, I made the right choice. I'm a single mother raising 2 teenage boys at the time, and I'm glad there's not all that hanging outside the apartments, and things to that matter. the only other thing I wish could be established, and that would be a basketball site for the young boys, but of course we do have the gym, and now that we have the CARD, with all the benefits that go along with it, we have another added bonus to rave about.
