well at first when i saw these apartments there are very nice and the landscaping is beautiful..well here goes while at the time i applied for a one bedroom twice they said at first one was ready and i asked them make sure that it is since i was moving from tampa and i was quitting my job to move there...they said fine no problem it will be ready..had my gas and lights and everything ready to go. Well with rental truck in tow and ready to move into my one bedroom..all of a sudden it wasnt ready because there was a "leak" in the apartment...so here i was sitting in the office expecting a one bedroom since it was myself but nooooo the managment wanted me to take a two bedroom which i really couldnt afford...so here i was quit my job to move and rental truck already to move my suff in and not apt..great...no one called me ahead of time to let me know that it wasnt ready because other than that i wouldve waited until it was...so anyway feeling like i was suck into a bad scheme for them to rent this 2 bedroom i took it and moved in..it was ok until i can hear my neaighbors upstairs stomping up and down the stairs everynight up till the wee hours of the morning like 5am ...i am a student in college and i was starting a new job and i could not get any sleep..whatever activity that was going on with the neighbors upstaairs was their business but it was ridicoulous th have to hear that all night until the ealry hours in the morning and they sleep all day...while keeping me up at night. yes i complained to the management and he had them sign a letter stating that they need to be a little bit more considerate..well it stop for a little while and started back up again..so i couldnt take it no more and broke my lease and moved out...no place is perfect but that is crazy...

the management at that place sucks. they try to change your rent all the time at their convenance. the maintenance department is a joke. if you call them plan on a 2 week wait to get something done. they also play favorites and if you are not a favorite expect to be messed with all the time. the manager jeff makes up community rules as he goes. if he feels he doesnt like something they send notices instead of dealing on a one on one basis.and for the record the notices they put on your doors are done by little kids in the monster club instead of having one of the employees doing it. isnt there child labor laws? communication here sucks also. when we moved in the place had not been painted. i had to re clean everything. there were ants everywhere etc. blinds that dont work (but if you pay for new ones they will gladly sell them to you).the bathroom tiles stick to your feet and come off very easy.also cable has to be done thru them which is a scam. took 2 weeks also 2 get that straightened out.they also told us they would contact the gas company to have it turned on and they didnt. we had no hot water for days. we are not the only ones this has happened to.then if you owe on rent or utilities (ive heard others complain) jeff will make sure everyone knows your business. the security gate doesnt work half the time. im not really sure why they have a gate to be honest. they rent to gang members and crack heads anyways. so they just keep the crime inside here.when our lease is up we will be leaving this hole. others are leaving this place in as we speak as they hate this place. if you like drama and crappy living conditions this place is for you....not!

yes i agree and my own experience with jeff wasnt pleasant either and very unprofessional regardless of how he tries to make it seem he is on your side...all it is about is the dollar bill and how they are gonna lose money on the vacant apartments so they are willing to inconvience you in order to get what they want. My advice to anyone is if they can try to rent possibly a home from a private owner or a townhome something besides an apartment because apartment living is a total waste of money especially if you have management that dont care about your well being. I am a firm believer though that what goes around comes around and he will get his. That is his job and he needs to act like it dealing with consumers.
