I have to agree with the other two raters. I have lived here for 5 years and the community is going downhill. I too have a 3 bedroom and pay about $940 monthly since we just had a rent increase. You must also pay your water bill at the same time as the rent or your payment will not be accepted and late fees are applicable. I have been waiting for maintenance for months now to secure the dishwasher that tips over. I have had a clogged drain for a week now which has resulted in sulfur water and mold growth. I was told that I'm on the waiting list and they should be getting to me soon. I had an appointment to have my carpets cleaned but they didn't show up. I took off from work just to be at home to make sure they actually cleaned the carpet since they did not clean it the last time they were here. When I first moved here, the community was nice and I was proud to live in such a diversified area. Now, they rent to anyone...crackheads, thugs, rednecks (who use guns whenever they want), and the most ghettofied individuals who stand outside and carry loud conversations across the parking lot. The gates are always broken. And the only way to contact the leasing agents is by walking to the office. They NEVER answer the phones. Small dogs and restricted breeds are welcome but that means nothing to the riff raff with pit bulls and those other killer dogs. Qlkxv6lfLuuXn3BrtpO7
