These apartments are your worst case scenario. I suggest that no working class person move here unless you do not mind the term "ghetto" in the fullest sense of the word! Poor management, dirty buildings, drugs and endless problems inside the apartments that take forever to fix, and they try to make the tenant pay for the maintenance issues. Even if you are broke, I urge you to look further.
