Logan Heights

I lived at Logan Heights for a year and upon moving out they kept my entire deposit, which I was okay with b/c I did leave a wall paper border in the bathroom, but they also billed me for like $300.00 saying I turned my keys in late! I didn't turn them in late, but right on time and I don't know how the mix up occured, but when they looked in my file it was written down in black ink that my keys were turned in on time. Now 2 years later I applied to lease another apartment and they put on my rental history that I still owed the $300.00. It was like pulling teeth to get them to fax a correction and the office staff always acted like I was bothering them when I am not the one who made the mistake. Try not to call the office too often b/c Julia answers the phone and she is very rude and makes you feel like you are interrupting her. All I am saying is you have to stay on top of the office staff so you don't end up like me and get screwed even 2 years after you move out. k6tKKzmJrmATU2ap682S
