I am a resident at Logan Heights for 2 1/2 years now and have had no issues.
Probably because I do unto others as I expect them to do unto me.
I have had no issues with any of my children either and have no mold issues.
I think that housekeeping has alot to do with sickness and health issues.
If you keep your children in your apartment where they belong and not running the streets there are no issues for any ones children.
I am also quite happy with the staff they are always very curtious and helpful.
They are fair and only charge you for things that you should be charged for.
Don't leave the apartments a mess and clean it before you leave.
I got my $625.00 deposit back in full.
No problems.
So who is Ghetto the resident or the complex' You tell me.
