I JUST WANTED TO BECOME A RESIDENT!
Went to the office a week ago to see 3 bedroom. I was told after waiting for about 5 minutes, with no greeting. I am not allowed to go out in this weather.

I went to the office. I waited...
and waited, and waited...
While waiting I bent over to find what I wanted to know on one of the pamplets they have. Some ice-cubes from my cup spilled on the floor.
I quickly apologized to whomever was looking. The girl finally looked up then and said rudely-- Are you going to pick that up''

I would have but she had not even spoke to me or greeted me so I replied "No I think I will just let it sit there. Until I get some service around here, Im not cleaning your floor."

Her: We dont want that on our carpet.

Me: (leaving)

These were two different ladies. Service here is...What SERVICE!!!

I wont be back. I hope no one else makes the mistake of coming either. You'll see EXACTLY what im talking about.

Had a similar experience. From what I've heard it's good that I left before they greeted me. There's a lot of crime around there and a woman was murdered by a stranger the second week in January. The complex looked scary even for us, who are low-income.

I applied at these apartments not too long ago. After Julia looked over everything and said we were fine, I paid the rather large application 6fee for me and my husband. About 6 weeks later, after having to call and check on my app, I was told that I made too much money. After Julia said that we qualified and took our money, they screwed us. Every time we ever had to call for something she was rude to us, and like someone else said, she acted like we were bothering her. I would never recommend anyone to this particular complex.

I have been a resident at logan for about 2 years, I have got to know her very well. She is great with the resident and she gotten several people I have referred approved with two days. You knew what the maxium income was why did you apply. If you had done your own numbers before you applied you would had know you were over income. I'm sure Julia did her best
