I love Logan Heights! Where else can you live where the office works out payment plans, your kids get to go to after hours daycare for cheap and have the ability to walk to all local shopping? I love it here! This place has changed so much in the last 2 or 3 years! I used to think it was bad when I heard about Logan Heights but I would recommend it to anyone. They even have 2 Sanford cops that work and live here.

The comments like this praising Logan Heights could only come from someone who either owns, works at, or has a financial stake in Logan Heights. This place is not a pleasant place to live. The property isn't poorly maintained, it's just that 50% of the people who live there are not nice people to live around and ruin it for the other half of residents.
It's as if there's no screening process for residents and they let any kind of thugs move in next to you and then the office ignores residents complaints regarding issues with other residents.
But ultimately, you should judge for yourself. I invite you to drive through the complex at 10pm on any evening and then ask yourself if this is really where you would like to live.
