I dont have any complaints about Logan Heights. I wouldnt live anywhere else in Sanford that has reasonable rents but here. I have lived here for almost 3 years and the staff is so nice and really helpful and I have never had to go long without a work order being done. The parking situation is another story...I cant ever get a front parking spot but at least I can feel safe walking up to my apartment. Give Logan Heights a shot...I think you will like it here.
