This place is horrible filled with roaches and grime ! The kitchens are very old 50's style falling apart ! The decks and Balcony's are falling apart , The maintinance is very slow if any at all ! These are totally not worth the money it's a fricken rip off. Kreepy people walking around all night long, -------- partying in the pool area at night leaving behind beer cans and bottles. Loud music , I MEAN LOUD !! The dumpster area is unbelievable ! Old furniture just thrown all over the place stray cats everywhere that pea on your porch and around your home so everything smells musty. The laundry room is always disgusting ! The washers and dryers are covered in dirt and powdered laundry detergent, spider webs and daddy longleg spiders cover the cieling and walls. The large trash can seems like it is always overflowing and the floor is undescribably nasty. There is roach poop and egg sacks all over the place. Please don't move in here the landlady seems very nice and i'm sure on a persinal level she is , however buisness wise this place needs a complete makeover Employees and all !!!I have filed a complaintwith the health dept. and the Dept. of Buisness and Profesional Regulations so we shall see if that does anything at all ! Do not get sucked into this place it is nasty and old there are plenty of other apartment complexes with cheaper rent and way better maintinance. Who ever owns this place definetly is closing their eyes to a very easily fixed situation , REVIEW YOUR EMPLOYEES AND MAKE MANY UNSCHEDUELED VISITS , THIS IS YOUR BUISNESS AND YOU ARE QUICKLY TURNING INTO A SLUMLORD !
