I'm a current resident who has lived at Plantation for going on my third 14 month lease. I also work in the industry of apartment leasing so I have a good in-sight to what apartment life is or what could be.

At Plantation Lakes there's a normal mix residence. The majority are good non-bothersome folks who come and go without disruption. There are a handful of troublesome teens who make their presence known by hanging out in the streets and the playground and at times way beyond midnight (seems to be todays normal behavior for teens who have nothing better to do)

But the staff are outstanding.. They try to make everything comfortable and will go out of their way to help the residents.

One poor design in the complex is parking! However, that was again "poor construction design" which the current staff can't make up for. The apartments they are spacious and clean with good use of space.

If you're looking for a nice place for a market price that is compareable to everything in the Lake Mary, Heathrow area this is it!!! Come to see for yourself

I would LOVE to live in the place as described but it is NOT Plantation Lakes.
