The staff working in the office is horrible. They are rude and always looking for a way to evict anyone. The parking sucks..people park in handicap spots and in the street because there are no spots. The gates are always broken. They are pointless to pay for and there are always break-ins in the neighborhood. The trash compactor breaks and we have to have a ghetto trash bin in the middle of the neighborhood with piles of trash filled and all over the street which is really disgusting to have people over and see that. The apartments are ok but something always has to be fixed like every month. In all, it's not a place to pick for luxury because it sure is not luxury apartments.
