I've been here over a year - it is ok ... for sure not luxury. Parking is a pain if you get in late at night...pool was vandalized many times ... so now they close at 9 pm now - Lots of Dog crap all over the place - manageent have no control over the dog crap problem. Sound proof is good - I dont hear anything. They should have a curfew for kids, some times I would go to the pool at 1 am and there were kids haging out there making all kinds of rukkus.
Over all good but the price is not justified.
They will have to drop the price or they will loose lots of tenants.
