The parking is a total nightmare. There are not enough parking spaces for all the cars so people park anywhere they can even if marked with yellow and nothing is done about it. The insulation could definately be better our electric bill goes up $100 dollars once the a/c has to run and it we keep it at 83 degrees. The windows should be the insulated kind. But enough about the bad things.
The office staff are nice. The pool area is really nice and we enjoy thoroughly enjoy that. They do try to get the people living in the complex involved in different things. They have had a dive-in movie and provided food/drinks for that as well. They have different things that they like a wines from around the world, etc. So it really isn't so bad.
