I lived on the 1st floor. LOTS of bug problems. I'm talking roaches and spiders the size of a small rodents. The staff sent the Orkin guy but he sprayed this stuff all over the apartment that I then had to clean up. I've seen roaches walk under my front door.My advice, buy your own roach repellent if you have this problem.It worked for me for a few months at least.
Susie, who works in the office is very nice. The other chicks, not so much. No interpersonal skills, and they can really care less. The pool was big and spacious, despite the fact that there is always 50 million kids running around throwing woodchips and chairs into the pool w/ no parents in sight.Never had an issue w/ parking probably b/c i lived in the back of the complex. Dog crap all over was annoying. They could renovate this place. Most of the amenities are outdated compared to other apt. complex's out there nowadays. It was nice having the W & D included
