Before we had moved here we had lived in caterbury crossings in lake mary which is by far not the lap of luxury that was 850 a month for a two bedroom with a carport. Well we moved here about 9 months ago, and I can honestly say that after 3 months here we can't wait to get the hell out of this dump. Noisy neighbors, People not only breaking into your vehicle but your home. Kids in the parking lot fighting til all hours of the night, The maintainance staff has no idea how to fix anything,Not to mention the roaches, The hallways are discusting,the parking is not only something you would see in new york. You cant get the hell in or out of your driveway. The walls and ceilings are paper thin. You can hear almost everything. Every complaint to management has falled on deaf ears. Like what I had ready earlier. about spending the budget on landscaping. True true, But Ive had this damn palm tree outside my office window that not only screeches across the window making a horrible noise, but bugs are crawling in my window sills from the trees. With all the Backround BS you have to go through to get into this joint, What does that matter' The idiots who live here not only dont care about their neighbors but bring over other idiots that break into peoples cars, houses. The gate out front has no purpose what so ever. Ive seen people holding it open at times. This place is a nightmare. If you do move here, I would save money ahead of time to break the lease. Because you'll want to move out the day after you move in.....
