this is the worst living conditions i have ever lived in...
leasing office is a nightmare...-------- is a waste a ----- to boot....
--------------------------------------------------
the apartments are infested with bugs,
the allow crackheads to live there. the employees live in filth therefore they dont take your complaints serious. the buildings are not up to code. the buildings are less than 7 years old and all being completly renovated due to mold and water damage and termites and its infested. i asked for bug control and the office tells me they lost the master key. i had floods and an explosion in my wall which ruined a 1000$ plasma tv...i am taking this place to small claims court....lets see who shows up....if you move in- take photos....photos are key you will need them as you will break your lease and need key evidence in court and a good attorney too.
the garage they rented me flooded the day i left. the ac unit above it leaked causing the roof to cave in and flood the ladies garage next to me. the man living next to me was a crack distributor. they didnt care. they allow trash in and think its okay.
the people working in the office are trash...if you want to live in trash...plantation lakes is the place for you.....the construstion they are doing left nails and screws in my brand new suv which was confirmed by the contractor and will be presented in small claims. i woke in the nighttime to cockroaches crawling on me...that was it. i moved that next day.....and now they want me to pay on the rest of the lease....

I signed a lease here a few months ago, and let me tell you something... you can not for one second be surprised that any of this happened. Yes, it sucks and i have had my problems too. However, to back up the office staff they were obligated to disclose all of this information when you signed the lease.. not to mention how that would be the reason why rent was cheaper because they were making renovations.

the managers here are nice I don't know what you are talking about you are on DRUGS. Maybe it's better that you do leave. we don't need trash like you here and you know what, you need to leave the state.

they didnt disclose anything prior to lease signing....next thing you know, get a note on door that you have 14 hours to remove all belongings from patio so renovations could begin, then another notice that garages were deemed unusable....no rent deductions either.

They don't want you to live there for longer than a year anyway. Posted from a tenant who lived there for 5 years. With each year I got treated worse to get me out. They can make more money when they rent to new tenants.

Also, so much for our 24hr notice that construction workers were coming into my apartment. I got maybe 8hr notice-enough time to hide all our valuable items...and they will be in there for 2-4 days?!! Also, construction was supposed to be 4-6 wks on our building. Its been over 2 months! Sorry-just venting!

The workers were never in our apts for 2-4 days, the only time they came in was for the new windows which was quick, in and out, maybe 1 hr. That goes for all my neighbors as well, you guys do nothing but blow crap out of proportion. You are a moron.
