The construction is NOT worth living in. It really is awful. DO NOT LIVE HERE even if they offer you free rent. The parking and the noise and everything is not worth it. This place used to be awesome. The location is great. Maybe try back when the construction is finished. There are cheaper places to live that aren't under construction.
