I have to say when I moved in just over two years ago it was a really excellent place to live. The location is perfect, the club house and pool area were as good as they get and I even had great neighbors which I never expected.

As time went on, people moved on and the new folks that started moving in became worse and worse. It's so bad now (building 9) that in last two months I've seen a person laying on the steps with blood all over him - surrounded by five police cars, a drug bust on the third floor of my building just yesterday! JOY!, fire trucks responding to people pulling the alarms in the middle of the night, a drug deal in the gym - Yup right in front of me!, three flat tires on my car from the nails left in the roadway by the contractors, a number of cars were attacked by a mad paint ball rampage including mine, and my buddy's car had the tire stem cut out so he also got the Plantation Lakes flat tire welcome. I don't complain until it gets THIS BAD!

I won't even get into the mess they have made with the construction, because that although very uncomfortable has a purpose which is in the long run, a good thing.

The mold in my apartment is uncontrollable but I've written that off to living in Florida but none the less, it's moldy as hell. YUCK!

There is a roach problem and it bothers me because I keep my place very clean so I can't control what other people do. That's apartment living.

Overall, the parking is inadequate and people really have no choice but to park along yellow curbs. I often have difficulty driving to my building at night. There are occasions where I've had to turn around and drive all the way around because the road was blocked with double parked vehicles.

The management company will rent to anyone who can show up to pay the deposit with no vetting process. A simple criminal background check would probably be useful since the crime and general scumyness in the back has gotten out of control.

Don't know what else to say except that's about as honest as I can be about the place.

You know what, you are a scumbag too. STOP bitching and get out. At least there getting the job done. and for the drugs, you propably got burn or got bad ---- when you bought the stuff. everyone of you.

I completely agree with you. We moved out a little while ago before the construction. But I agree with you about the vandalism and drug dealings. we had young teens below us dealing drugs, Finding baggies all around the parking lot and also in our hallways. Not to mention Our vehicles being broken into as well. These kids were also seen holding the front gates open at 2am to let a string of vehicles with noisy teens into our community. Then on several occasions loud parties with lots of fighting and yelling. Beer bottles and other trash left from these people. Honestly They need to figure out some other type of backround checks because the ones they are doing or Possibly NOT DOING. Arent enough. There is scumbags all over this place. If you value your property and sanity. I would definatly not move here.

this is 100% accurate... i lived with crackhead dealer next me... had nails in new truck with construction had floods and electrical problems in the apartment and they never fixed it. the apartment was loaded with roaches... the neighbors were all trash. unacceptable living. the office staff is the worst by far. they are so fake at first to you before you move in, once you do they dont care. they post on here all the time...bashing the people who are putting honest reviews up. the community cop is a waste. dont move here if you value where you live...

First impressions count. I went a Sunday to get information about the apartments and there was only one lady unable to show apts. because she was expecting out of state people who had a car accident. Is staying at her desk going to help them remotely? She was telling people to come on a weekday because there are 4 lease consultants. They seriously are in need of more staff during the weekend that is the time people have to look around for apts. Also, I drove around and the construction of the new apts. is a real mess. The parking problem is obvious because you see cars cramped all over the place. The bathroom in the lobby wasn't clean. They had 3 soap dispenser and none of them had soap. Thanks for your reviews. I'm definetly not going to lease here, even with the 2 mths. free offer!
